You Drive Me Crazy! – (The nice version)
If you really like/love somebody, you can say that they drive you crazy (in a good way). It means that they make you feel crazy with love – it’s a good thing but can be difficult sometimes.
E.g. You are so beautiful and fun, I love you and you drive me crazy! I’m so happy!
You Drive Me Crazy! – (The bad version)
If somebody is very annoying or irritating and they make you nervous you can say that they are driving you crazy.
E.g. The child has been screaming and crying all day and he is driving me crazy. I’m very annoyed.
