Being able to pay attention to detail is very important in the business world. By telling the person interviewing you that you always pay attention to detail, you are showing that you can focus on your work and will work well in their team.
Are you good at solving problems? Can you fix things when no-one else knows what the problem is? Then you can say that you are a trouble shooter! A person who is great at fixing problems.
If you feel very confident when working with computers, you should explain that you are computer literate. As technology becomes more and more important in the business world, people who are computer literate are very attractive to employers.
Questions to Ask at your Interview
1. A great question to ask before you leave the interview is: “In an ideal world, what are you looking for?” This gives them the opportunity to tell you exactly what they are looking for. You can then tell them the skills and characteristics that you possess that match their ideal description.
2. “Is there room for me to grow within the company?”
This shows that you are interested in committing yourself to the company for a long period of time. It takes a lot of time, money and effort for a company to recruit new people, so they don’t want to employ people who wont be around for very long.
